Shipping Policy
We process orders as quickly as possible, usually within a couple hours. Products are typically shipped the following day. Once the order ships, we will notify you by e-mail, and include a tracking number for you to track the shipping status of your package(s).
Product Availability
Ombligo has a first come, first served (FCFS) policy. Customer orders are fulfilled in the order that they arrived, without other bias or preferences. Orders are also subject to product availability. Consequently, Ombligo cannot guarantee that it will be able to fulfill customer orders, and reserves the right, without liability or prior notice, to revise or cease to make available any or all products.
If there is any revision to or cessation of products, Ombligo may, with customer′s consent, ship products which have functionality and specifications similar to the products originally ordered. Customer will be given the opportunity to either reject or accept the substitute product, which may differ from the original product.
Damage in Transit
The carrier is responsible for all items damaged in transit. Please contact the carrier for a damage claim and keep all packaging materials. Please do not return these items to us. We will be glad to assist you in filing a claim with the carrier.
Return Policy
Please contact us if you are dissatisfied with an item. Damaged or missing items must be reported within 24 hours of receipt.
Items are not returnable due to minor dings, scratches and dents in the cases as long as the item is in good working order. Refunds will not be authorized on items that have been altered.
We accept returns for working items provided it is in resalable condition and returned within 14 days of original invoice. Items ordered in error may be subject to a 20% restocking fee. All returns must contain all original items and packaging. Any items missing from a return will result in a reduced refund. Do not return merchandise to us COD or Postage Due. If we are in error in shipping we will promptly issue a complete refund for the item in addition to any and all freight charges.
Please note that defective items are not subject to a restocking fee. All items purchased from this website are backed by our 90 day warranty. If an item fails within 90 days, we will give you your choice of a full refund or a replacement item if available. Please shop with confidence.
We require a Return Material Authorization (RMA) number for all returns. To obtain an RMA number, please contact our support department and we will be happy to help. You can do this by e-mailing us at customercare@ombligo.com.
